Azroth launches with five senior former NetApp Support and Escalation engineers — each with 15+ years of NetApp Support experience. Between them, that's the depth enterprise tickets used to get escalated to.
We started Azroth because we kept seeing the same pattern: capable infrastructure pushed toward early refresh, and support quality declining exactly when teams needed it most. Independent, engineer-led support is the alternative.
